Office Manager
An experienced office administrator, Charlotte is responsible for overseeing all of our daily office operations to ensure the seamless communication between departments and management.
Before joining our team, Charlotte enjoyed a four-year spell working in the administration department at a housing association, having previously gained four years’ experience with an international supply chain company.
Charlotte also works closely with the HR team to update office policies and onboard new recruits. Her key responsibilities include managing filing systems, office supplies and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of orders.
She is also responsible for planning and coordinating all in-house and off-site activities, including travel arrangements, as well as providing document control for Axi Engineering and assisting senior management team.
