Overview

Axi Recruitment is working with an established renewables business in Hull for a Junior Sales Executive to join their growing team.

Job Details

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries, providing information and support for clients exploring renewable energy solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them transition to sustainable heating and energy systems.
• Conduct on-site and remote surveys to assess property suitability for renewable technologies such as heat pumps and solar PV.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable technologies and guide customers in choosing the most suitable solutions for their homes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, supported by comprehensive training provided by the company.
• Manage customer enquiries and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence.

Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• A willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks.
