Overview

Axi Recruitment is working with a valued client in Immingham, recruiting for a HR & Training Administrator to join the team supporting the HR Department. The successful candidate will ideally have administrative experience within HR and be working towards or willing to work towards a CIPD qualification.

Job Details

  • Support the HR Team with administrative tasks, maintain HR databases and manage the inbox.
  • Assist the training facilitator with coordination of external training providers and manage training schedules.
  • Manage confidential data with a high level of professionalism.
  • Handle invoice processing, raise purchase orders, and book travel through CTM.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards this.

Experience

  • Strong admin experience, ideally within an HR Team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tasks.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • A proactive approach to work.
