Overview

Axi Recruitment is working with an established business in central Hull for an Accounts Assistant to join their office based team.

Job Details

  • Process invoices to be raised.
  • Prepare payments.
  • Process incoming and outgoing bank transactions and allocate funds.
  • Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs.

Experience

  • Experience working in a financial environment, ideally within a legal setting.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office package including Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and handle various tasks simultaneously.
