Overview

Axi Recruitment is looking to appoint a Contracts Recruiter with a proven background in Technical & Engineering contract recruitment. The desired candidate will come with a good network of clients/candidates but also be proactive in developing new business in the contract market and managing the candidate process.

Axi has a strong pipeline of live clients/projects, together with a prospect list of contracts to manage and develop. We are a successful recruitment organisation moving into an exciting scale-up phase. Headed up by a Recruitment Director with 25 years’ experience in the industry and a strong collaborative team of consultants alike.

Job Details

• Be proactive in developing new business in the contract market.
• Manage the candidate process from initial contact to placement.
• Source contractors for open vacancies for our client's projects.
• Build a strong client pipeline within the contract market.
• Sign-off new contracts, discussing and negotiating terms of business.
• Meet with new clients to discuss their needs and requirements.

Experience

• A growth attitude, resilience and a high performer.
• Strong business development skills and can develop meaningful relationships with people.
• Desire to join a business where you have a clear progression plan and development structure.
