Overview

Axi Recruitment is working with an established logistics business in Immingham for a Bookings & Customer Service Administrator to join their team, to perform all administration duties relating to the department. The ideal candidate will come with customer service experience, high attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Details

  • Be the point of contact for customers and assist with any information that they require.
  • Take the initial bookings and create these in the company’s internal software.
  • Liaise with Transport and Export Planners following bookings made, to ensure service levels are maintained.

Experience

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Customer focused with emphasis on delivering an excellent level of service.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good IT literacy and ability to use various computer softwares.
