Overview

Axi Recruitment is working with a client in the construction industry for a Paid Ads Manager to join their established Marketing Team. The role of Paid Ads Manager will be vital in managing high-value digital advertising campaigns for our client, thus experience within Paid Media and PPC is essential.

Job Details

• Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximise return on spend.
• Develop and execute targeted advertising strategies to reach specific audiences.
• Monitor and modify ad campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Create reports rgearding account health and ROI to present to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Oversee and optimise shopping feeds to ensure maximum performance.
• Monitor campaign performance data to provide actionable insights.

Experience

• Proven experience of digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
• An understanding of advanced analytics tools and software, with the ability to generate reports.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing effective paid advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication at all levels up to stakeholder.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
